Wopno Furniture delivers products across most locations within India through trusted logistics and courier partners.

Delivery availability may vary depending on product size, serviceability of the location, and courier partner coverage.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days after successful order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Customized, made-to-order, and handcrafted furniture may require additional processing and manufacturing time.
  • During peak seasons, festive periods, sales events, or high order volumes, processing times may be extended.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email, phone call, or SMS.


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

The estimated delivery period for each product is displayed on the respective product page.

Generally:

  • Small furniture and décor items: 5–10 business days
  • Large furniture items: 7–15 business days
  • Customized or made-to-order products: 10–30 business days, depending on production requirements

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Manufacturing schedules

  • Weather conditions
  • Government regulations
  • Unexpected logistical disruptions

Please note that shipping timelines may occasionally extend by an additional 2–7 business days due to transportation delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • Tracking ID or Consignment Number
  • Courier partner details
  • Estimated delivery date

Customers can use the provided tracking information to monitor shipment status.


5. Delivery Procedure

  • Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at the time of order placement.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that accurate shipping information is provided.
  • If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional delivery charges may apply.

For large furniture items:

  • Delivery will be made to the ground floor if building access is restricted.
  • Upper-floor delivery may depend on lift availability and courier partner policies.
  • Additional handling charges may apply in certain situations.

6. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,599 across eligible serviceable locations in India.

Standard Shipping Charges

For orders below ₹1,599, a shipping fee of ₹200 may be applied during checkout.

Remote Area Charges

Additional delivery charges may apply for:

  • Remote locations
  • Difficult-to-access areas
  • Special handling zones

Any applicable charges will be communicated before dispatch whenever possible.


7. Express Shipping

Where available, customers may choose express shipping options during checkout for faster delivery.

Express shipping charges are calculated separately and will be displayed before payment confirmation.

Availability of express shipping depends on:

  • Order size
  • Delivery location

8. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Deliveries

Customers are requested to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • An incomplete shipment
  • Missing components
  • An incorrect product

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To facilitate resolution, please provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • Delivery label images
  • Unboxing video (recommended for furniture and fragile items)

Claims submitted after the reporting period may not be eligible for replacement or compensation.


10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Lack of response from the customer

Additional delivery attempts may attract re-delivery charges.

Orders may be returned to the nearest warehouse or logistics hub after repeated failed delivery attempts.


11. Storage & Holding Charges

Orders held at a warehouse, delivery hub, or courier facility due to customer-related delays may be stored for up to 14 days.

Storage beyond this period may incur additional storage or holding charges.


12. Return Shipping

Return shipping procedures are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

For approved return requests:

  • Return pickup may be arranged by Wopno Furniture where applicable.
  • In certain cases, customers may be required to arrange return shipping.
  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.

13. Cancellation of Orders

Orders may be cancelled only before manufacturing or dispatch begins.

Since many of our furniture products are handcrafted and made-to-order:

  • Cancellation requests after production starts may not be accepted.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
