Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product has manufacturing defects

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact

  • Photos/videos of the issue must be shared within 48 hours of delivery

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items without original packaging

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture (unless damaged or defective)


Refund Process

Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error


Replacement Option

If preferred, we may offer a replacement instead of refund, depending on product availability.
